These calls are a deep-dive. I recommend attending them in a quiet, private room. Allow 15 minutes buffer after the call if you can, as I tend to go overtime. Please, hire a babysitter or ask a helper to mind your children, drink plenty of high-quality water and rest afterwards, as these calls are designed to activate subconscious knowledge. I suggest avoiding recreational drugs and alcohol 24 hours before the classes, if possible.
