In 2019, a year of global inner child healing, what advice would give your younger self?
I’d tell little me to go to karate like I wanted to do at 9. Physical and psychic self-defence is a life skill for empaths. And so good for stress relief, sleep and clear thinking. Plus, it would help me to play battle my Aikido black belt husband one day (Kris)! Girls just want to…kick butt :D
