Update: Here’s my 97.3FM Interview on the Eclipse
Eclipse season is well and truly underway! Not only have we just passed a New Moon/ Solar Eclipse on 20 March (a time for beginnings), we’ll experience a Blood Moon* Lunar Eclipse (a time for endings) on 4 April 2015. Eclipses bring sudden insights and change. Their effects are often felt a few weeks before, and up to 6 months after an event. On Saturday, the Moon will be in Libra, highlighting our relationships, sense of harmony and fairness. If you have personal planets in Aries, Cancer, Libra or Capricorn, you will be most affected by this Lunar Eclipse. Take it easy! If you feel restless and/ or frustrated, take a bath, go for a walk or have a mini-break. Full Moons stir up emotions and you may feel overly stimulated right now. Wait for things to settle down before making any big decisions. There is never any rush, except in our heads. Emotions can be translated as ‘energy in motion’ – don’t be afraid to have a good cry if you need to. Better out than in! When channelled constructively, following our feelings often leads to great breakthroughs. If you never allow yourself to get sad then you’ll also block feelings like happinesss, and life will stagnate. Over the next two weeks, we’re in a waning moon cycle. This means that the best thing you could do this weekend (whatever your astrology) is to write a list of issues/ people/ conflicts you want to leave behind. Be honest! Once you’ve finished your list, read it aloud and put it somewhere obvious. Aim to meditate on and/ or physically address one item from your list per day for the next fortnight. You’ll be surprised at how quickly things shift! When you work with, not against, the cosmic tides, fish practically leap into your net. Put another way, for every step you take, the Universe takes two to meet you. Eclipses are a perfect time to release conflict for the sake of evolution. As they say, holding onto anger is like drinking poison and expecting your enemy to die. So please don’t be too harsh on others. After all, we’ve all been good and bad guys over the course of many lifetimes (you can prove this for yourself through past life regression). Judgement simply increases the illusion of separation. It’s only when you can see the light in yourself, that you can truly appreciate others (read more on opening your Third Eye). I believe that our greatest enemies on Earth are often our friends upstairs, who’ve volunteered to ‘cop our cr*p’ in this lifetime. *For the Astrology buffs, this is the third of four Blood Moons since 15 April 2014, which is called a ‘Tetrad’. The final Blood Moon will be on 28 September 2015. The term Blood Moon was apparently coined by certain pastors in America in the past few years. It refers to the reddish colour of the moon during an Eclipse. They believe there is a link between Blood Moons, Biblical prophecy and turning points in Jewish history. Personally, I prefer Native American terms for the April Full Moon, such as the Full Sprouting Grass Moon, or Fish Moon (far more poetic!) I’m not a big fan of apocalyptic predictions that the world is going to end (that’s so 2012!) Puh-lease. Why can’t they call it a Lipstick Moon instead of a Blood Moon? A time for looking beyond appearances, perhaps… Sigh. I wish the media would give more coverage to speakers who promote personal responsibility and the miracle of life. Happy people are sceptics – they filter what they eat, drink, read and listen to, to ensure it’s going to lift them up, not break their spirits. After you, you get what you focus on! Luck is something you create, it’s not random, despite what you see in movies. Interestingly, the original meaning of an apocalypse is a disclosure of knowledge (see Wikipedia). In that case, I suppose my 11:11 research could be called an apocalypse (or a-clock-alypse?!), but hopefully a joyful one. 11:11 is a sign of spiritual awakening. I’ve noticed a huge increase in 11:11 and number sequence sightings since 11.11.2011 and 21.12.2012, which could indicate that more and more people are accepting the possibility of psychic phenomena and other dimensions. In numerology, the word Eclipse adds to 33/6, a ‘master’ number for compassion, teaching and spiritual power. It’s associated with Divine Order and the question ‘who’s really in charge here?!’ The date 4/4/2015 adds to karmic 16/7, which symbolises an influx of new ideas and (sometimes painful) home truths. You know, after all this time on the planet, we humans still can’t turn the Sun on or off. In fact, we can’t even cure the common cold. A dramatic event like an Eclipse is a reminder that we live within a larger system/ Universe, and many things are still a mystery. Saturday’s eclipse will last only a few minutes, yet have a major impact on many people’s thinking. In the same way, every lifetime you live can have a breathtaking impact on others, whatever age you get to. (Find out your lifepath using numerology). And just a thought – if we can use numbers to predict eclipses to the day, hour and minute, why not the turning points of our lives? What makes us so different from the stars, planets, weather and ecosystems that surround us? Surely the same rules apply? As a scientist who left her 9-5 job to become a psychic, I believe that numerology forecasts don’t prevent free will, they simply enhance your success. When you know where to look for gold, it’s like going on an Easter Egg Hunt with a map…you find the goodies sooner, which leaves more time for munching them! I hope you’ve enjoy this discussion of the Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse. Happy releasing and Happy Easter! You deserve the best. References and further reading: |
