Big news. May is a 5 Universal Month of change and I applied for a divorce this week (on 1 May 2025, the 14th birthday of my business). It was bitter-sweet and not something I did lightly. We met on television, created three wonderful sons and did hundreds of readings together. But after 11 years, things came to an end in 2024.

Here is the roundtable card spread I’ve been meditating on. I like to pick cards from multiple desks and put together a visual story. The syncs can be profound.
In this case:
Red Grevillea essence is a catalyst for people who feel stuck and want to become independent and bold. See my latest class with Ian White from Australian Bush Flower Essences
9 Wands is about crossing finish lines despite weariness and challenges. This card is from a Spanish Tarot deck.
The 8 card about travel is from Courage of the Soul (click for a link to the last remaining pack) by Kathy Foster. It’s about cutting emotional ties that no longer serve you.
I added the alien toy for a spot of humour.
The Spouse card is from Past Life Oracle Cards and is fairly self-explanatory. I put a crystal down for sacral chakra healing which is about relationships and balanced giving.
When I saw these cards I knew it was time to take the next step.
I encourage you to do a card spread for yourself, especially at the start of each month. Take a photo and journal if you can.
Also, be kind to yourself this week and remember that May is about healing your throat chakra, embracing other points of view & reclaiming your freedom of speech.
