I recently launched readings to support local domestic violence (DV) charities in Queensland (see my last post).
With 2026 a Universal 1 Year for the planet, our root chakras and sense of security are huge themes right now. Learn more in Your 2026 Numerology Forecast (earlybird bookings open)
Do you feel safe in your body? Your home? Your workplace? Your community?
If not, it’s time to reach out and get the community, help and unconditional love you deserve.
Of the 117 billion people born on Earth, you are here. You are a miracle, with a unique purpose and a huge team of Spirit and human helpers, even if you forget to connect with them at times…
As a neurodiverse survivor of intimate partner violence (from my younger years), and someone who works closely with many families impacted by DV, I know that it’s hard to admit that you can’t do it on your own.
Here are organisations who can help, if you recognise that you may be in an unsafe situation. These are listed A-Z and are mainly focused on Brisbane and the Gold Coast. You are welcome to suggest more links by emailing me at info(at)sarahyip(dot)com
1800 Respect – 1800RESPECT is available for free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support people impacted by domestic, family or sexual violence. National hotline. I recommend asking your counsellor to start a case file for you when you call them, to help document your situation.
DV Connect – contact us for free and confidential domestic, family and sexual violence support.
DV Connect Mensline Call 1800 600 636, 9am – Midnight, 7 days
Domestic Violence Prevention Centre (Beenleigh or Gold Coast)

Safe Haven Community – we support women in different stages of their abuse, offering general guidance and advising potential pathways to leave if they choose.

The Divorce Course Podcast – excellent videos on divorce, mediation and Family Court matters.
The Shark Cage – framework for preventing and understanding violence against girls and women.
Victims Assist Queensland – financial assistance and counselling for crime/ DV survivors. A note that they prioritise those in crisis and can be slower to respond to less urgent requests for help.
White Ribbon Australia – be a part of the world’s largest movement engaging men and boys to see violence against women as their problem to fix, not women’s problem to tolerate.
There are grants if you need to leave or have been a victim of crime. You can also ask Centrelink/ the ATO for assistance. If you mention DV, they will direct you to a team who are more trauma-informed.
I realise this is a departure from my usual posts. At the same time, everything is connected.
When we honour our intuition, we protect our time, energy and money. I believe in a society where people are empowered to experience spiritual, emotional, mental and physical freedom from fear.
Please, educate yourself and your loved ones. Your life is priceless x
With love,
Sarah and the 11:11 Angels
